RETURN POLICY

In the rare event that your product(s) arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong items, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) via email at customerservice@greatspiritglassmarket.com to notify us of the issue. We may request you send us an email with a photo of the damaged or incorrect good(s) and also of the invoice and packaging.

You will be asked to ship the damaged or incorrect good(s) back to us; Shipping costs will be refunded.*

* Items must be returned within 10 days of notifying us, wrapped properly, in their original packaging. Items received after this time period will not receive a refund.

* Under NO circumstances may used items be returned. Used items will not be refunded and will not be resent to the purchaser.

* We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on a return if it does not meet our return policy requirements.

You may cancel an unprocessed order by sending an email to customer support, but will be charged a 25% restocking fee; processed orders may not be cancelled. Due to the nature of our products, this is a no returns industry. If you feel your purchase warrants a return or exchange due to extenuating conditions please feel free to email customer support.

NOTICE: All products undergo quality inspection before being shipped. When your product(s) arrive please check for damages caused by shipping, as used products will not be replaced or refunded.
